ENGL 342 - Advanced Studies in Justice and Literature

4 Credit Hours


Semesters Offered Spring 

In-depth study of the ways in which literature intersects with issues of justice, which may include studies of literatures written by authors from marginalized backgrounds and/or the ways in which literary representations have created, perpetuated, and/or challenged injustice. Course includes a research component. Students may take the course number up to three times and concurrently as allowed for with each independent course description. When the specific course is not allowed for repeat credit, such will be indicated in the description.

Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite(s): CRWS 101 or CRWS 105 or admission to the honors program.
