INF 464 - Ethical Hacking

3 Credit Hours
This course introduces students to the world of ethical hacking, a discipline where cybersecurity professionals use the same tools, techniques, and processes that hackers use, but with the goal of improving system security rather than exploiting it. Students will gain hands-on experience in identifying, exploiting, and mitigating vulnerabilities in a controlled environment. Emphasis is placed on understanding the ethical responsibilities, legal implications, and best practices in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
