MATI 614 - Trauma-Informed Victim Advocacy 3 Credit Hours
This course equips students with the knowledge to provide improved workplace support for individuals processing grief and trauma. The critical role that work can play in one’s healing process is explored. Ineffective responses to grieving and traumatized individuals in the workplace are investigated, along with research-based models for improved policies, practices, and personal interactions.
