MATI 603 - Leadership: Personal Assessment and Evaluation 3 Credit Hours
Being an effective leader instills inspiration of others to follow them, but requires self-awareness, effective communication, empathy towards others, vision, delegation, critical thinking and creative problem solving in order to be successful. This course explores the building blocks of becoming that leader by focusing on both interpersonal qualities coupled with professional development while analyzing others around them.
