LIS 962 - Advanced Seminar: Literacy and Learning

3 Credit Hours
Provides a historical and conceptual foundation of literacy history and initiatives in the United States with analysis and comparison of information literacy models and community literacy programs. Investigates the influences of socio-cultural factors, political systems, and constructed barriers on learning and literacy in public and private institutions. (PhD SLO #3)
