SWK 550 - Social Work Practice with Groups 3 Credit Hours
This Gero-infused course focuses on social work practice with groups, building on knowledge and skills learned in SW 510. Social work practice with groups describes the history of group work, and concepts and theories of group process. Special attention will be given to human rights, social and economic justice, diversity, multicultural and global issues related to social work practice with groups.
Prerequisite(s): SWK 510
