ACCT 811 - Governmental and Non-Profit Accounting 3 hours This course explores the principals and practices of financial reporting in governmental and nonprofit organizations, such as city government, school districts, universities, and hospitals. The course also reinforces the relevancy of auditing standards and procedures, the audit report, fraud examination, and forensic accounting in governmental and nonprofit organizations. This course embeds communication and research fundamentals, particularly for those students intending to sit for the CPA exam.
