Theatre Arts Minor

Required Courses:

• Complete the following courses (9 credit hours):

• THEA 140 - Theatre Practicum (three credits required)
• THEA 180 - Acting Fundamentals
• THEA 230 - Theatre Production I

Additional Requirements:

Participation in the Annual Audition/Portfolio Review process. This happens every September and serves as the audition for fall production(s).

Some of the above requirements, determined by the faculty, may be waived for transfer students.

Recommendations-

*If a student is interested in continuing in the theatre industry-educational, community, or professional-it is strongly recommended that the student take

 THEA 420 - Showcase/Professional Prep Intensive   (3 credit hours).
