Latinx/ Latin American Studies Minor

Students majoring in any discipline can enroll in the Latinx/Latin American Studies Minor. The Latinx/Latin American Studies Minor is an interdisciplinary curriculum that explores the histories and cultures of the peoples of Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico, South America. The minor is also designed to give students an opportunity to develop an understanding of the diverse groups that comprise the U.S. Latinx populations.
Minor Requirements:
The minor requires a minimum of 22 credit hours

(2 courses, 6 credit hours)
Language Courses
(1 course, 4 credit hours)
Elective Courses
(4 courses, 12 credit hours) Choose from at least three different disciplines.
