NUTR 462 - Nutrition Seminar I

This seminar will address issues regarding nutrition during pregnancy, lactation, infancy, and childhood. Students will be introduced to the theory and practice of assessing nutritional needs of communities. Students will become familiar with multicultural practices in a variety of ethnic populations. Course fee applies.

Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Coordinated Program in Nutrition Science and Dietetics Certificate or Individualized Supervised Practice Pathway (ISPP) Certificate program.
