BAD 245 - Human Resources and Career Development3 hours
Principles and practices relating to successful HR management, with an emphasis on career development. Students identify career possibilities; cultivate a professional presentation; gain an in-depth understanding of recruitment and selection; develop short and long term career goals; learn the basics of compensation and benefits, and build a repertoire of career advancement strategies.
