LAS 142 - Moral Compass: The Means to Find Oneself3 hours Using the lens of selected literary works, students will be challenged not only to find their moral compasses, but also learn to use them as a means to uncover their own personal identities in the midst of life’s numerous obstacles. This quest of self-discovery happens not only in the great tribulations of life, but also in the mundane and ordinary stretches of existence. This seminar sheds light on the great importance of utilizing one’s moral compass each and every day, as well as the significance it plays in understanding and shaping one’s personal identity.
