THEA 375 - Dramaturgy3 hours Through research, students will uncover layers of meaning within a variety of classical and modern plays. In this capstone course, student dramaturgs will discover answers to what theatre artists and audiences need to know about the plays studied in THEA 375. Students will engage in a series of projects preparing them for entry-level work in the field. A production casebook will be a culminating project.
Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing.
This course will satisfy the literature core area requirement.
