3hoursThis course will study Hispanic literature written in Spain from the Enlightenment in the 18th century to the beginning of the 21st century. These readings will cover all literary genres and will focus both on the artistic value of the works and on their reflection of the cultural and socio-political reality of their respective periods.
Prerequisite(s):SPAN 320 or consent of instructor.
This course will satisfy the literature core area requirement.
