CAS 194 - Fundamentals of Small Group Dynamics and Discussion Skills3 hours
The purpose of this course is to provide students with both a theoretical background of small group dynamics and an empirical small group learning experience. Students will participate in small group discussions, developing an understanding of the dynamics and the skills necessary to assist both in task and maintenance functions for effective group discussion and decision making.
