ASJ 915 - Social Change and Leadership 3 Credit Hours
The strategy-focused course leans heavily on the “how to” of addressing injustice and inequality through various and particular professions and environments. Students will learn how to utilize data and how to develop and implement policy to create real change through any leadership platform. Using theory and real-life examples, the course will explore how effective leaders create the necessary conditions for transformational change in human interactions, relationships, policies, and practices.
