ASJ 911 - Quantitative Methods

3 Credit Hours
The course provides an overview of some of the most widely used quantitative methods for the social sciences. The course gives an in-depth exploration of quantitative research methods within the context of social justice. Students will engage with statistical techniques, including regression analysis, to critically assess and address pressing issues of inequity and injustice. Emphasizing the role of quantitative research in assessment, program evaluation, and policy development, the course equips students to produce original research that contributes to understanding and solving social injustices. By integrating theory and quantitative analysis, students will learn to formulate data-driven solutions that promote social equity. (LO 2, 3, and 4)
