ASJ 910 - Research Foundations and Literacy for Social Justice 3 Credit Hours
The course provides an overview of the fundamentals of social science research, academic writing, and the evolving paradigms, frameworks, and theory in social justice. The course includes an introduction to academic research methods, including formulation of research questions and hypotheses, research design, literature review, and research ethics. The course offers an opportunity to critically assess conventional sources of knowledge and explore those less recognized.
