HLTC 724 - Financial Planning and Budgeting in Healthcare Organizations

3 Credit Hours
This course examines the institutional setting, goals and financial policies of organizations in the health care field. Special attention is given to performance analysis at both the enterprise and departmental levels, strategic financial planning and capital structure, capital investment decision making and the management of financial risk. Students are strongly encouraged to complete FIN 605 before enrolling in this course.
