FIN 360 - Sustainable Cities: Practices in Green Finance 3 Credit Hours This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to drive financial sustainability in urban and rural cities. Through a focused exploration of green finance principles, students will learn how to support eco-friendly projects and infrastructure using tools like green bonds and sustainable investments. The course offers practical insights into creating financially viable, environmentally-sustainable residential and office spaces. Engaging with real-world case studies, students will emerge ready to contribute to the global movement towards more sustainable cities.
Prerequisite(s): ECON 101
