ITAL 307 - Perspectives on Venice: The City Built on Water 3 Credit Hours In this course, students will explore the many dimensions of the city of Venice through the literature, history, and art particular to this unique city constructed on islands and canals. Students will refine written and spoken proficiencies in Italian through reading, discussions, and research that will span a variety of resources including short stories, film, and current events. This course is taught in Italian.
Prerequisite(s): ITAL 202 or consent of instructor.
This course will satisfy the core area requirement in language other than English.
This course will satisfy the core requirement in advanced CRWS.
