ITAL 288 - Da Vinci 1.5 Credit Hours Throughout his life Leonardo da Vinci wrote what today we call his “notebooks.” We will examine this genre and also the life of this fascinating artist. In Leonardo we can see the intersection of science, art, technology and literature. We will consider how he expresses himself in a variety of forms. Course taught in English. This course will not fulfill Barbantini Family Scholarship course requirements.
Prerequisite(s): 15 college credit hours or consent of instructor.
This course will satisfy the core area requirement in literature if taken with another 1.5 credit course or humanities and arts.
