ACCT 710 - Cost Management 3 Credit Hours
This course explores the use of accounting information in the planning, controlling, and decision-making processes within organizations. Topics include product cost measurement and control, job order and process costing systems, activity based costing, budgeting and variance analysis, cost-volume-profit analysis, responsibility accounting, capital investment, and strategic cost management. . Students are strongly encouraged to complete ACCT 713 before enrolling in this course.
