MGMT 602 - Leading People and Organizations 3 Credit Hours The goal of the course is to prepare students to manage self, people, teams and organizations, focusing on three overlapping levels of leadership: organizational, team, and individual. Students will examine and discuss the structures, functional processes, operating practices, and styles needed to be an effective leader in the global economy.
