MATH 230 - Linear Algebra 4 Credit Hours A study of systems of linear equations, linear independence, matrices, linear transformations, determinants, vector spaces, and applications of these topics. These concepts are increasingly being used in applications of mathematics to the natural and social sciences.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 251 or MATH 261 .
This course will satisfy the core area requirement in quantitative literacy.
