CPSC 430 - Senior Software Development Experience I 3 Credit Hours
Students will work in teams under the guidance of a software development practitioner to begin development of a substantial information system for a client, with whom team members will be in regular contact. During the first semester, students will learn and use agile software development methods to incrementally build the framework for the system. Project work will focus on capturing system requirements and performing interface and data design. Implementation work will give students experience using source code management and testing procedures/tools.
Prerequisite(s): CPSC 285 (or concurrent enrollment) and CPSC 321 and senior standing.
