CAS 234 - Communication Technologies: History, Theory, and Criticism 3 Credit Hours This class critically examines the current and future digital technologies used for interpersonal and mass communication. Students will learn how these technologies are designed, how their design impacts how they are used, what impact they have on society and culture, and what impact we can have using them.
This course will satisfy the core requirement in technological and information literacy.
