CRWS 101 - Critical Reading, Writing, and Speaking I 3 Credit Hours In these inquiry-based, themed courses, students develop their interrelated skills of reading, writing, and speaking and are introduced to foundational concepts in information literacy. The course is part of a writing through the curriculum program that incorporates various disciplinary concepts to promote skills in written and oral communication.This first semester course serves as our equivalent to English 101: Composition I. May not be taken on a Satisfactory/Fail basis; a student must receive a grade of C- or higher to advance to CRWS 102.
