LIS 791 - Organizational and Multicultural Communication 3 Credit Hours This is a course designed to help students survive and thrive as employees in library, information, and knowledge organizations serving increasingly multicultural local, national, and world contexts. Course participants will develop the communication skills and understanding necessary to success in twenty-first century academic, public and school libraries, as well as corporate information and knowledge management centers.
Prerequisite(s): LIS 701 or IM 701 or concurrent enrollment.
