LAS 146 - The Yellow Brick Road and the Examined Life 3 Credit Hours
Every journey begins by taking a step, though it is not always clear which road to take. Using themes and symbolism from The Wizard of Oz, you will self-reflect and examine who you are, who you want to become, and your contribution to society. You will identify roadblocks that might be encountered as well as discuss the role of family, friends, and community throughout your journey. All First-Year Seminars include a First-Year Experience component, which provides support for students as they transition to Dominican University.
