NUTR 465 - Nutrition Supervised Practice: Food Service Management 2 Credit Hours This required supervised practice course places the student in food service management settings for preceptor-supervised practice as part of an ACEND-accredited Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Students will be required to meet specific ACEND competencies aligned with planned learning activities associated with food service management practice by Registered Dietitians.
Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Coordinated Program in Dietetics - B.S. program.
