LS 357 - The Uniform Commercial Code

3 Credit Hours
The Uniform Commercial Code is a model legal code designed to harmonize business law throughout the fifty states. The UCC provides a set of default rules that govern how businesses interact with one another and their customers. This course will focus on sales of goods, negotiable instruments and secured transactions.
