MGMT 609 - Operations Management for Competitiveness
3Credit HoursThis course focuses on the concepts and methods utilized in planning, directing and controlling the transformation process of resources into goods and services. Employing the integrated, process-based analytical framework developed in this course, students will utilize selected business cases and in-class experiential learning exercises to connect the courses ideas and techniques to their real-world application.
