PSYC 445 - Program Planning and Evaluation 3 Credit Hours Do social service programs work? Can they be improved? This course introduces students to the fundamentals of planning and evaluating programs within social service organizations. Topics include the link between program planning and program evaluation, different types of program evaluation, evaluation designs and data collection, evaluation reporting, and using evaluation results to strengthen program operations. This course satisfies the capstone requirement for the psychology major.
Prerequisite(s): PSYC 290 and PSYC 291 .
