ECON 443 - Sports Economics Credit Hours 3 Using the tools of economic analysis, this course examines issues pertaining to the professional and amateur sports industry. The topics covered during the semester include market structure (industrial organization), labor market analysis (collective bargaining, free agency), and economic policy issues such as stadium financing and venue location.
Prerequisite(s): ECON 101 and ECON 102
