Credit Hours3Study of the fundamentals of good writing in a variety of literary genres - poetry, fiction, drama, and creative non-fiction. Analysis of the work of professionals and students. Short critical and creative pieces in the four genres are required.
Prerequisite(s):ENGL 102 or concurrent enrollment.
This course will satisfy the core area requirement in literature.
