MGMT 362 - Human Resource Management Credit Hours 3 Managing human resources effectively, efficiently, and ethically is critical to organizational success, but human resource practices and policies also have widespread implications for individuals and society as a whole. The human resources management (HRM) responsibilities covered in this course include matching individual skills with specific job needs, recruiting and selecting employees, designing performance management systems, developing and implementing compensation policy, managing training and development, monitoring compliance of governmental and corporate standards, and supporting management efforts to create or maintain an ethical, healthy corporate culture.
