ACCT 410 - Advanced Financial Reporting Credit Hours 3 This course is a comprehensive study of business combinations and consolidated financial statement preparation. Students learn how to apply accounting principles as it relates to international issues (foreign currency translation), partnerships, state and local governments, and nonprofit organizations. Advanced topics include the equity and cost methods of accounting for investments and financial statement translation. Students are strongly encouraged to complete ACCT 311 before enrolling in this course.
