SJCE 210 - Introduction to Social Justice and Civic Engagement
Students will engage in the study and praxis of civic engagement, community service, and service leadership locally, nationally, and internationally while investigating the concept of “the common good.” The following topics will be explored: social justice, human rights, civic engagement, community service, compassion, public ethics, social change, and responsible leadership. Includes off-campus service hours. (3 hours)
