HIST 143 - History of the American People to 1877
Beginning with the British colonization of North America, the course covers the issues leading to the American Revolution, as well as the development of the political, economic, intellectual, and cultural forces which led to the Civil War and the subsequent reconstruction of the nation. (3 hours)
