DCIN 253 - Beginning Video Production

3 hours
Contemporary narrative concepts and digital cinema methods are introduced in this course within the contexts of video art and personal filmmaking. The Mac OS X platform and Final Cut Express are used as the primary editing experience. Students provide their own DV camcorder. A lab fee will be charged.

This course will satisfy the fine arts core area requirement.
