SWK 670 - Human Trafficking 3 Credit Hours
This course examines the global phenomenon of human trafficking. Issues for discussion will include how human trafficking occurs in a global context and in the United States. Topics will include recruitment, enslavement, rescue and restoration. The psychological impact on men, women, and children who are victims of traffickers and the impact on countries, communities, and families. The discussions will be supported by selected readings, videos, and speakers.
