MGMT 362 - Human Resource Management

Managing human resources effectively, efficiently and ethically is critical to organizational success, but human resource practices and policies also have widespread implications for individuals and society as a whole. Human Resources Management (HRM) responsibilities analyzed from a strategic perspective include: matching individual skills with specific job needs, designing performance management systems, developing and implementing compensation policy, managing training and development, monitoring compliance of governmental and corporate standards, and supporting management efforts to create or maintain an ethical, healthy corporate culture.
