LIS 770 - Management of Libraries and Information Centers 3 hours
Development of the basic theories and principles of management and their application in the organization and operation of libraries and information centers. Particular stress will be given to goals, policies, personnel, structure, work division, communications, leadership, budgets, systems analysis and future directions in administration. Offered in fall, spring, and summer.
