LIS 728 - Clinical Experience I - Student Teaching 6 hours
Practical experience in elementary, middle or secondary school library media centers totaling 400 hours. Students are placed in an elementary/middle school and a middle/secondary school setting for two, non-paid, supervised clinical experiences. Fee required. Credit: five semester hours of student teaching credit (does not count toward the MLIS degree). Offered in fall and spring.
Prerequisite(s): LIS 701, 703, 704, 716, 721, 722, 724, 725, 773 and approval of the field experience coordinator.
