LIS 722 - Library Materials for Young Adults 3 hours
Selection, evaluation and use of media for young adults in middle and secondary schools and public libraries. Materials in curricular areas are studied along with an examination of the relationships of materials to developmental characteristics and individual differences of young adults in contemporary society, to curriculum and recreation, to the exceptional young adult and to a multicultural society. . Offered in fall, spring, and summer.
