NUTR 508 - Nutrition Seminar IV

3 hours
Students will demonstrate professional writing skills in preparing professional communications.  Students will be able to identify and describe business and management theories required to deliver programs and quality food and nutrition services. The students will participate in preparation and review activities for the Registered Dietitian (RD) examination. Course fee applies.

Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Master of Science in Nutrition  or Individualized Supervised Practice Pathway (ISPP) Certificate  program.
